The Brief
We were tasked by Costa Coffee to help with the development of their drive-thrus at twenty-eight different sites, from Southampton to Hamilton, Scotland.
The Challenge
Our team needed to find a way to work around the client’s operating hours so as to deliver service that caused minimal disruption. We also had to ensure that we worked within the limits of the spare land the client had available, tailoring our solutions to each individual site. Finally, our staff would need to make sure that all new installations were safe, functional, and met our high standards.
The Solution
Thanks to the versatility and skill of our staff, we were able to deliver bespoke solutions at each of the twenty-eight Costa Coffee drive-thrus at which we worked. Our team set up new roads, enhanced underground services, improved drainage systems, and installed new power units. We worked closely with the client at all times, making sure that they were left wholly satisfied with our service.
